Nancy Sherry Baker is a Professional Member of the  National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy and an expert on the gluten-free diet  With two masters in education this practice is education-based. Nancy specializes in personal consultation and customized blending.


Essential oils and the gluten-free diet both contain a learning curve when integrating into one's life or practice. Google, blogs, and e-books can give a good idea of the broad picture but not on details especially around safety.
